The role includes planning work hours and task areas, monitoring hygiene and cleanliness standards, onboarding and training employees, coordinating cleaning supplies, and working with Facilities, Building Technology, Reception, and Club Management. The position requires reliable, structured work, strong attention to detail, clear communication, and ideally prior professional cleaning and employee-coordination experience.
