Dexterra Group is hiring a Cleaning Supervisor to report to the Account Director and supervise cleaning and services for assigned buildings. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, responding to client requests, inspecting work, training new cleaning personnel, implementing health and safety procedures, maintaining timekeeping records, handling customer follow-up, and managing inventory and preventative maintenance. Candidates need cleaning and team-supervision experience, the ability to manage multiple priorities, flexibility for variable hours and possible weekend or statutory holiday work, and a clear criminal background check.
