ISS Defence Living & Working Services is hiring a full-time Cleaning Team Lead to supervise cleaning and housekeeping teams at Irwin Barracks in Karrakatta, Perth. The role oversees scheduled and responsive cleaning, coordinates staffing and operations, manages periodic cleaning programs, conducts quality inspections, responds to customer service issues, maintains supplies and safety compliance, and supports team training and reporting. Applicants need at least two years of cleaning supervisory experience, Australian citizenship, a current National Police Check, strong leadership and customer-service skills, computer proficiency, knowledge of safe chemical handling, and eligibility for a Defence Baseline Security Clearance; Defence, government, or secure-site experience is desirable.
