Description
CWS Cleanrooms is hiring a Team Leader to supervise and work alongside a small team in its cleanroom laundry, initially in Aartselaar and relocating to Puurs from May 2026. The role includes scheduling staff, monitoring absences, supporting productivity and quality standards, recording production and quality data, enforcing work and safety procedures, coaching employees, monitoring equipment, contributing to improvements, and collaborating with maintenance. The position operates on rotating morning and afternoon shifts and requires production-environment experience, leadership and coaching ability, responsibility, stress resilience, communication skills, multicultural teamwork, and fluent Dutch and English.
