Description
The Clerk/Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of an assigned facility by handling departmental inquiries, invoices, payments, business documentation, phone calls, meetings, mail, correspondence, filing, accounts, bookkeeping, recruiting support, and client or project-manager communication. The role requires strong Spanish and English communication, computer literacy, administrative and customer-service skills, and at least two years of administrative experience; it is primarily office-based but may be performed remotely when approved.
