Description
The Training Specialist supports LEONI’s operators through on-the-job training, coaching, needs identification, evaluations, skill-matrix maintenance, and training updates for complaints, QRQC, 8D, KOSU, technical changes, and instruction changes. The role also supports workstation rotation, monitors quality and quantity performance, and collaborates with HR on training initiatives and data transfers. It requires a minimum Bac, one year of experience, French and English, and competencies in adult learning, blended and e-learning, skills modeling, training management, and leadership development.
