Description
The Food Service Inventory and Receiving Associate calculates food inventory, orders, and costs; maintains records; posts invoices; conducts inventory audits; tracks received inventory; reconciles shipping invoices and receiving reports; receives and processes deliveries; refuses damaged or incorrect items; troubleshoots vendor delivery issues; and monitors PAR levels. The role also requires food safety compliance, accident reporting, safety training, professional communication, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related work experience are preferred, while no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
