Description
Reactive Markets is hiring a full-time, office-based ClickHouse Engineer in Singapore to own and operate a multi-datacentre, multi-AZ ClickHouse cluster supporting compliance, billing, and real-time and historical analytics. The role covers cluster operations, schema and query design, materialised views, ingestion performance, workload isolation, capacity planning, storage tiering, backup and recovery, monitoring, alerting, and production support, with data pipelines built in Go and Python. Candidates should have production experience with a columnar or large-scale time-series database, SQL, Linux, Kubernetes, and a programming language; financial-services experience is a plus. The role is part of a follow-the-sun team with shared, contracted on-call responsibility, and visa sponsorship is not available.
