Description
The Client Acquisition Representative serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding inquiries through phone, chat, and email; building rapport; explaining available services; scheduling initial consultations; performing conflict checks; maintaining client and scheduling data; and supporting lead development and client engagement. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour shift and hybrid work arrangement that is largely remote but may require office days for training or meetings.
