The role manages client portfolios, leads client meetings, reviews and signs off on client work, drafts financial, taxation, and investment advice, provides Division 7A compliance guidance, mentors team members, and contributes to firm initiatives. Candidates need at least five years of accounting-firm experience, a Chartered Accountant or CPA qualification, strong time-management and client-service skills, and a proactive approach to business growth.
