Description
The Client Advisor guides current and prospective business risk clients through new business and renewals, coordinates policy issuance and documentation, reviews renewals and audits, identifies additional insurance opportunities, prepares proposals and market accounts, and supports carrier and client service activities. The role requires an active North Carolina insurance agent license, prior experience in an account management or similar insurance service role, and a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree, commercial insurance experience, and industry designations are preferred.
