Description
The Client Advisor serves as the central contact for business clients, managing their property and liability insurance portfolios, analyzing risk profiles, developing tailored insurance solutions, handling claims from initiation through negotiation, advising on preventive measures and policy information, monitoring market and legal developments, and processing administrative follow-up. The role is based in Zonhoven and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, knowledge of fire and liability insurance, fluent Dutch and English, and strong communication and stress-resilience.
