bswift is hiring a Client Analyst II to support benefits-administration clients through website maintenance, system support, file processing, case resolution, reporting, ACA processing, system testing, and billing-related tasks. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, database experience, and familiarity with benefits, payroll, HRIS, or related software. It is remote-first with an office-friendly environment, follows standard 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Central Time hours, and offers a base salary of $22–$29 per hour.
