The role manages project progress, coordinates internal and client teams, clarifies deliverables, translates technical outputs into business insights, identifies new opportunities, and maintains project reporting. Candidates should have five years of commercial experience, project or programme management experience, a tertiary degree, B2B delivery or customer success experience, Microsoft skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
