Ultimate Performance Dubai is hiring a Client & Relations Manager to lead commercial growth and operational performance across two gym facilities. The role owns the full sales funnel, conducts consultations, drives client acquisition and retention, develops B2B and corporate referral partnerships, monitors CRM and commercial KPIs, and supports facility standards, compliance, maintenance, and client experience. It is a 40-hour-per-week position based in Dubai with an annual salary of up to AED 160,000 plus performance-based bonus.
