OpenText is hiring a Client Associate in its Professional Services division to support small and fast-moving engagements through the sales cycle. The role manages inbound leads, creates and maintains Salesforce opportunities, gathers requirements, develops proposals, coordinates approvals, reviews pricing, maintains documentation, and facilitates handoffs between sales, delivery, and operations teams. Candidates should have sales operations experience, packaged-deal experience, Salesforce and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to interpret contracts and pricing models.
