Polymarket is hiring a Client Associate to build personal customer relationships, guide new traders through onboarding, answer questions about markets and the platform, maintain consistent communication, escalate complex issues, and identify recurring friction points for process improvements. The role requires at least one year of client-facing, account-management, or external-user relationship experience, strong written communication, autonomy, organization, and the ability to learn and explain a technical product; prediction-market or derivatives familiarity and experience building client-facing processes are plus qualifications.
