Description
Ernest is hiring a Client Automation Specialist (Field Service Technician) to support packaging and warehouse equipment customers in Reno and a 100-mile service radius. The role involves installing and starting up equipment, providing warranty service, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, training customers, managing service records and billing, promoting preventative maintenance, sourcing parts, and maintaining demo equipment. Candidates need strong customer service, mechanical and electrical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, relevant military or equivalent training, schematic-reading skills, and a valid driver’s license. Pay is $25–$38 per hour depending on experience.
