Description
ArkVets is hiring a full-time Client Care Center Supervisor to lead and grow a client-care team across three veterinary hospitals. The role combines inbound and outbound call coverage with coaching, performance management, hiring, training, process improvement, and conversion optimization. The supervisor works a staggered schedule across the 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Arizona-time Care Center window, with approximately 28 hours on calls and 12 hours on coaching and management. Compensation is $26–$30 per hour plus individual and team performance bonuses, along with pet memberships, healthcare coverage, dental coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, and other benefits.
