The Veterinary Medical Center of CNY is hiring full-time Client Care Representatives to serve as the first point of contact for pet owners calling into or entering its 24-hour emergency, specialty, and critical care center in Syracuse, New York. The role provides compassionate service and support to anxious pet owners, with prior veterinary experience not required but excellent communication skills essential. Compensation is $18.50–$30.00, with additional differentials for evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts; a formal career advancement program and yearly continuing education stipend are also provided.
