Description
The Client Care Specialist supports individuals with developmental disabilities or delays with health and personal care, therapeutic, educational, recreational, and leisure activities. The role also provides guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Direct Service Professional staff, resolves client and staff issues, and works evenings and every other weekend for 40 hours per week. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of health-care experience, DD module completion, a valid North Dakota driver’s license, and reliable transportation; benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance.
