Description
The Client Care Specialist supports clients in a residential living environment by maintaining a safe, welcoming, and clean environment; monitoring assigned dorms and room assignments; documenting behavior, incidents, and accidents; assisting with immediate needs and transportation; coordinating ancillary services; and resolving disputes. The role requires a GED or high school diploma or equivalent experience, at least one year of experience working with the homeless population or in residential living or behavioral health facilities, and a Florida State Driver’s License with a safe-driver classification.
