Valley Behavioral Health is hiring a Client Care Technician in Valley Oaks, Michigan, to provide direct support to individuals in residential and housing programs. The role assists clients with recovery goals, teaches independent-living skills, monitors behavior, documents care, collects urine samples, manages medications, and transports clients to appointments and community activities. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with pay starting at $17.00 per hour and a $2,000 retention sign-on bonus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior behavioral health or social services experience is preferred, and CPR certification is needed after hire.
