Careyn is hiring a Wellbeing Client Coach to support residents with psychogeriatric conditions at the Herman Gorterhof and ’t Schip Day Activity Centers. The role focuses on social, emotional, and practical support; helping residents find meaningful activities; coordinating with colleagues, caregivers, volunteers, and families; and maintaining care records. Applicants need a relevant social, pedagogical, or care qualification, relevant experience, knowledge of Word and Excel and electronic care records, and experience developing activities and coaching volunteers. The position offers a salary of €2,663.54 to €3,592.96 based on 36 hours per week, plus travel reimbursement, holiday allowance, a year-end bonus, and flexible benefits.
