Counseling4Kids is hiring a mid-level, six-month contracted Client Concierge to provide exceptional customer service, engage new clients during intake, coordinate treatment appointments and referrals, support Medi-Cal and other benefit enrollment, conduct basic needs assessments, and assist with documentation, billing, outreach, and administrative support. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant work experience, bilingual English/Spanish ability, and strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
