Description
The Mortgage Warehouse Lending Client Support Specialist services commercial warehouse lines of credit for mortgage companies by setting up credit lines, preparing and managing loan documents, resolving client inquiries, coordinating with relationship managers and closing agents, and reconciling accounts. The role also monitors transactions for anomalies, verifies wiring instructions, and resolves exceptions, requiring independent decision-making, strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work under pressure. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required, while prior legal loan-document and First Horizon systems experience is preferred.
