Citi is hiring a COO Program Management SVP to establish governance and oversight for Client Organisation Projects and Strategic Initiatives, including automation, process simplification, control automation, and AI tool embedding. The role manages project portfolios, KPIs and KRIs, risks, stakeholder relationships, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, while requiring extensive financial-services governance, risk, program oversight, data, and project-management experience.
