Alteva RCM is hiring a Client Coordination Manager to lead the front-end onboarding process for new healthcare-revenue-cycle-management clients. The role evaluates client opportunities, coordinates with Business Development and the Chief Revenue Officer, manages intake and client information, assigns internal account managers, handles client communications and escalations, oversees contracts and entity documentation, and drives timely progression through onboarding milestones. The position is manager-level and offers a pay range of $115,000 to $125,000 USD plus health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
