Ernest is hiring a full-time, on-site Client Coordinator Manager in Commerce, California, with a salary range of 90,000 to 115,000. The role leads the Client Coordinator team, oversees customer service workflows and quality, coordinates with Client Relationship Managers and other departments, handles escalations, trains and develops Coordinators, manages hiring and performance, and supports outbound calling, lead generation, and customer satisfaction efforts. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, customer service management experience, call center and CRM knowledge, communication skills, and familiarity with distribution and process improvement.
