The role involves improving products and customer journeys, coordinating technical stakeholders, and balancing client flexibility with product efficiency. Candidates should have strong agile delivery, product management, complex delivery pipeline, and client delivery experience; energy-sector experience is preferred, while consulting experience is a plus.
