Kraken is hiring a mid-level Client Delivery Lead to partner with clients, technology, and operational teams on Kraken implementations, enhancements, strategic support, issue resolution, and roadmap delivery. The role involves improving products and customer journeys, supporting engineering teams, and managing complex delivery pipelines across the Australian energy distribution sector. Candidates should have strong agile delivery, product management, technical stakeholder, and client delivery experience; energy distribution and meter-to-cash experience are preferred.
