Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2+ years in an account management, client service, agency operations, project delivery or similar role
Experience managing client relationships directly

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a creative, brand, design, content, media or marketing agency
Experience briefing designers, copywriters or specialists
Experience with eCommerce, retail or DTC brands
Exposure to Amazon, marketplaces or retail media
Background in performance marketing, content, social, media, agency ops, packaging, brand identity or campaign creative
