Storyteller is hiring a full-time, permanent Account Manager to lead one of its largest and most valuable sports clients end to end. The role owns account planning, renewals, expansions, reporting, client communication, incident resolution, and coordination across product, engineering, delivery, and operations. It is fully remote anywhere in the United States, requires alignment with US Eastern Time, and seeks a candidate with enterprise client-management capability, basketball interest, and the ability to work independently across complex priorities.
