Storyteller is hiring a Client Delivery Operations individual contributor to own and advance client workstreams across onboarding, configuration, feature rollouts, issue resolution, product adoption, and ongoing delivery. The role coordinates with account managers, product, engineering, support, and operations teams; investigates client issues; uses AI and internal tools; maintains visibility on risks and dependencies; and improves delivery playbooks. It is a fully remote, flexible-hours contractor position based in Egypt, with UK-aligned weekday hours and compensation of up to EUR 18,000 per year.
