Description
The role manages logistics clients and their supply-chain service needs, including training clients on Hub Group’s proprietary software, defining service solutions with warehousing and transportation providers, establishing standard operating procedures, managing accounts, monitoring performance metrics, troubleshooting operational issues, and helping clients achieve financial targets. The position requires strong relationship-building, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and familiarity with EDI transactions advantageous. The stated base salary is up to $60,000 per year, with eligibility for an additional bonus program and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
