The role manages high-value global digital experience and technology accounts, leads senior client teams, monitors product performance and KPIs, drives strategic customer development, and presents complex ideas to clients and internally. Candidates need many years of experience managing global accounts with seven-figure budgets, cross-functional team leadership, digital experience and UX/UI knowledge, and strong German and English communication skills.
