Description
Kraken is hiring two Client Delivery Leads, one at mid level and one at senior level, to lead client-facing operational transformation and migration programs. The role guides clients through Kraken’s BOT migration framework, establishes Operations Transformation Offices and migration ambassadors, mentors internal and external stakeholders, manages program delivery and milestones, and embeds sustainable change using Human Design principles and agile change management. The position requires strong project management, analytical, communication, influencing, and technical knowledge of Kraken products, along with global travel to New Zealand and Asia and the ability to work across multiple clients and markets.
