Description
MCM Technology is seeking a Training and Enablement Lead to own the client-facing training and enablement system across live, on-demand, in-product, and managed services. The role focuses on building and maintaining an AI-assisted content pipeline, structured training libraries, documentation, onboarding flows, and agency admin certification paths, while delivering implementation, admin, and end-user training and managing paid enablement offerings. It requires at least three years of Microsoft Office and online training experience, video production experience, applied AI workflow skills, remote-work effectiveness, and approximately 25–30% travel.
