Description
The Client Engagement Manager owns client relationships across a defined portfolio of engagements, connecting Growth, Delivery, and Solutions. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships, co-discovering client problems, driving account expansion, monitoring satisfaction and delivery risk, and participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and client reviews. It requires 7–10 years of client-facing experience, technology, data, or AI consulting experience, strong executive communication skills, and English C1 proficiency; the position is remote for the United States and LATAM and does not offer H1B visa sponsorship.
