Xcelerate Solutions is hiring a Client Executive to lead business development across Department of Homeland Security and federal civilian portfolios. The individual contributor will own the full lifecycle from opportunity identification and qualification through capture strategy, proposal support, and contract award, while building relationships with senior government leaders, developing pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, and supporting corporate marketing and solution positioning. The role requires at least 10 years of progressive federal business development experience, with DHS focus, and is based in McLean, Virginia.
