HSBC is hiring a Client Experience Associate to support new and current Wealth Center customers with financial transactions, appointments, service resolution, branch operations, accounting, and compliance activities. The role requires prior banking, operations, and customer service experience; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; strong customer service, analytical, planning, and mathematical skills; knowledge of branch products and regulations; and a Notary Public License. Mandarin is a plus, and the employer does not provide immigration sponsorship.
