Rimes is recruiting a Client Experience Consultant for its CX North America team to manage and grow existing financial-data clients, oversee account workloads, advise on feed requirements, conduct service reviews, lead production discussions, and serve as a technical escalation point. The role requires at least two years of experience in the financial data industry, strong communication and analytical skills, and preferably a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field; experience with financial spreadsheets, databases, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi, Snowflake, SQL, SFTP, and ETL is desirable.
