Description
The Client Experience Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors in a behavioral health setting, providing a welcoming in-person experience, answering and transferring calls, attending to client comfort, collecting co-pays, gathering and verifying required documents, updating client information, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, and coordinating with program directors. The role requires one year of customer service, hospitality, or front-office reception experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid California driver’s license, automobile insurance, and CPR/First Aid/ProACT certification within 30 days. Bilingual ability and Electronic Health Record experience are preferred. The position pays $20.00–$22.00 and requires occasional driving and travel.
