Description
Trimedx is hiring a Client Experience Coordinator to handle incoming calls from healthcare professionals, document medical equipment issues, determine severity, and dispatch service requests to technicians. The role coordinates repairs, escalates emergencies and safety incidents, performs data entry and analysis, and supports visitor side-by-sides and peer coaching. It is a hybrid position primarily worked from home with occasional in-office work, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a 12:00 pm–8:30 pm weekday and Saturday schedule in Eastern Time. The pay is $17.50 per hour plus shift differentials, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and nine paid holidays.
