Trimedx is hiring a Client Experience Coordinator to handle incoming calls from healthcare professionals, document medical equipment issues, determine severity, and dispatch service requests to technicians. The role coordinates repairs, escalates emergencies and safety incidents, performs data entry and analysis, and supports visitor side-by-sides and peer coaching. It is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a hybrid schedule primarily from home and occasional in-office work, Tuesday through Saturday from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM EST, and pays $17.50 per hour plus shift differentials.
