Life Balance Chiropractic is hiring a part-time, permanent Client Experience Coordinator / Chiropractic Assistant in Poole, Dorset, working approximately 20 hours per week across AM and PM shifts. The role manages phone enquiries, appointments, payments, care plans, client records, cancellations, follow-ups, and clinic operations while building relationships with clients and supporting events and marketing initiatives. No prior chiropractic experience is required, but training is provided; previous experience in customer service, reception, healthcare, telephone sales, appointment booking, or client support is useful. The role offers £13.45–£13.98 per hour, with potential performance-related bonuses and progression opportunities.
