Home Instead Castleford and Selby is hiring a full-time Client Experience Lead to manage client portfolios, coordinate care and support, complete assessments and care plans, lead and develop the Client Experience team, supervise Care Professionals, maintain records, support quality assurance, and build relationships with clients, families, and professionals. The role requires care-sector experience, supervisory experience, knowledge of medication processes and health and social care legislation, communication and relationship-building skills, care management technology, a full driving licence, and access to suitable transport. The salary is £27,000 per annum, and the role is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
