JFE Shoji Power Canada is hiring a full-time permanent Client Experience Specialist to serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and manage the order fulfillment process from purchase order receipt through shipment. The role coordinates with Operations, Engineering, Production Planning, Shipping, Finance, and Business Development; monitors order status, delivery risks, client commitments, pricing, and ERP data; supports client meetings; and may travel up to 10% globally. The position is 50/50 hybrid with alternating in-office schedules and offers a salary of $55,000–$70,000 based on experience, along with health and dental benefits and a company-matched pension plan.
