Automotive Elegance is hiring a full-time Client Experience Specialist / Customer Relations Associate in Londonderry, New Hampshire. The role greets and assists customers, explains paint protection film, ceramic coating, window tint, and detailing services, recommends premium packages, provides estimates and invoices, maintains CRM records, coordinates vehicle drop-offs and deliveries, and keeps the front office organized. No automotive experience is required, but 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience is preferred. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour plus commission opportunities, with health, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, paid time off, and life insurance benefits.
