The Stop Loss Financial Analyst will analyze, report, forecast, and reconcile financial claims expense and stop-loss coverage data for employer groups and vendors. The role includes monthly variance analysis, stop-loss eligibility and documentation, vendor and client reporting, audit support, and complex claims transactions. It requires a bachelor’s or advanced degree or 3+ years of related experience, with 5+ years of experience as an alternative to the degree. The position offers hybrid-flex or remote-flex work, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a base salary of $60,907 to $97,452.
